On June 1, eighteen members of the Lyndon State College Obstacle Racing Team tested their mettle in the Tough Mudder. The Mudder is an annual event which combines a 29-stage British Special Forces-designed obstacle course with a 12 mile vertical run over Gunstock Mountain's rough terrain. The Tough Mudder is not a race but a challenge that tests an individual's stamina and mental grit while prizing camaraderie. The end result is an enormous sense of accomplishment and camaraderie.
